While training is a crucial component, it can be easy
for new ScrumMasters and teams to slip back into familiar
behaviors. We can provide experienced coaches that work
side-by-side to coach your internal ScrumMasters, product
owners and the team through each step of the process.
This will help ensure a successful pilot project. ASCIT
